I have just listened the story called "Michelangelo". I would like to tell you about it. 

Michelangelo was a famous sculptor. He lived in Florence. He was well-known in Italy for his beautiful works. The governor of Florence made up his mind to ask the famous sculptor to make a statue out of the large piece of marble. A sculptor had tried to do it before him but he only spoiled the marble. Michelangelo worked for two years. And at last he completed a beautiful statue which he called David. The day the statue was ready a large crowd of people gathered in the square. The governor of Florence came too. He stood for a long time looking at the statue. Then he said that he didn't like it because David's nose was too long. Michelangelo made his mind to please the governor and not to spoil the statue. He went up to the statue with a handful of marble dust. He pretended to changing the shape of the nose and at the same time dropped some of the marble dust which he had taken with him. The governor thought that Michelangelo was really changing the shape of the nose. When Michelangelo had finished the governor said that he had given more life to the face. And the people who understood what Michelangelo had done shouted with joy that this statue was one of Michelangelo's best works. 

I really like this story! Michelangelo was not only a wonderful sculptor, but also a very intelligent person. And also l enjoy his works.
